The bed was uncomfortable and too hard for sleeping. Additionally, the staff's response was frustrating. one morning they refused our request for a late checkout while pushing for additional charges. It made our stay unnecessarily stressful.

i almost gave this a good review, but the rude night staff and the unyielding late checkout policy ruined it. i really expected better treatment, maybe a room upgrade? the breakfast was so disappointing, especially if you’ve tried those other hamptons. truly, i’ve seen better accommodations in less expensive venues.
